Are you selling your home this year?  Maybe next year?  Start now and get the home ready for a buyer.  Even better, get your mindset right about what it takes to sell the home.  I read a recent article from Bankrate.com by author Dana Dratch discussing the 10 ‘must-do’ steps to sell your home this year .  The article is an excellent summary of key considerations for sellers (and buyers) who work hard to get their home sold.  But I wanted to go further… to hit a few topics really hard because I think it’s so important.  I sold two homes in 2005 and 2006 respectively.  Some might argue the market was much better at the time, and granted, that may be true.  However, one of the homes took over seven (7) months to sell in a slow market.  I’ve sold another home in the past in a slower market and really believe there are a few things a seller must do to get that home sold.  Let’s dive right in:您的销售您的首页,今年呢?也许明年?现在开始,并得到首页准备就绪,买方,甚至更好,让您的心态,权利是什么,需要出售的家。我看过最近的一篇文章从bankrate.com作者德纳dratch讨论10 '必须'的步骤,卖你家今年的文章是一个很好的总结重要的考虑因素,卖方(买方)谁的工作,很难找到他们的家出售,但我想去,以进一步…击中数话题真的很难,因为我觉得这是如此重要,我出售的2家在2005年和2006年分别。有些人可能会辩称,市场好得多,在时间,而批出的,可能是真的。不过,其中的家园接管七( 7 )个月内出售在一个缓慢的市场,我已卖出的另一个家中过去在较慢的市场,是否真的相信有几件事一做,卖方必须得到这家出售。让的潜水正确的:

1.  Get Real. 2.  Believe. 4.  Meet the buyer MORE than halfway. 7. 7 。  No Surprises!
