Well the Dollar ain’t what it used to be… I’m visiting relatives in Germany for a quick trip, and find that my US Dollars are close to a two-year low against the Euro. Flew into Frankfurt and then a couple hours drive to southern Germany. Beautiful weather this week, and the food and beer is wonderful. I’m only here for a short time, and noticed my dollars don’t stretch quite as far as they used to.  If I was here for more than a week I would probably care… certainly a budget would limit what I might spend. Bene il Dollaro non è quello che utilizzate per essere… Sono parenti in visita in Germania per un rapido viaggio, e trovi che il mio dollari degli Stati Uniti sono vicine a due anni di bassa contro la Euro. volò in Francoforte e poi un paio ore di auto a sud Germany. bel tempo questa settimana, e il cibo e la birra è wonderful. Sono qui soltanto per un breve periodo di tempo, e notato il mio di dollari non tratto piuttosto nella misura in cui esse utilizzati  Se to. Sono stato qui per più di una settimana mi sarebbe probabilmente cura… certamente un limite di bilancio sarebbe quello che potrebbe spendere. But realistically, it is what it is, and I won’t limit my tourist spending by virtue of the exchange rate. Of course I don’t plan any major purchases… I’ll just enjoy the visit and the food and friendship. The local and international economy is cyclic of course… some cycles are longer than others. On the micro-level, fluctuations in currency may not affect much (for me on a tourist trip), but certainly on the macro and international level there are longer term impacts and changes. But for the food, wine and beer? Ahh… disneyland for the culinary delights. Prost! Ma realisticamente, è quello che è, e non il mio limite di spesa turistica, in virtù dello scambio rate. Naturalmente non mi piano importanti di acquisti… I'll solo godere della visita e il cibo e di amicizia.  La locali e internazionali economia è ciclica del corso… alcuni cicli sono più lunghi rispetto others. Il micro-livello, le fluttuazioni monetarie non possono incidere molto (per me un turista on ritorno), ma certamente la macro a livello internazionale e ci sono effetti a più lungo termine e changes. Ma per il cibo, vino e birra? Â… Ahh Disneyland per la culinaria delights. Prost!
